SAVOUR is back for its third run! It’s all about ‘celebrating the delicious’ by bringing the world’s top chefs, award-winning restaurants, and renowned food producers together in one carefully curated gourmet playground! Our lucky Honeys managed to bag tickets to this gastronomic extravaganza (they’re almost sold out) and here’s what to expect at Singapore’s largest gourmet food festival.

With a star-studded line up of new-generation culinary trendsetters (and it’s cool new digs at The Promontory @ Marina Bay), this edition might be the best yet. Designed to exude a rustic village-feel, restaurant booths are interspersed with alfresco dining spaces, bars, dessert shops, and the ever-popular Gourmet Market.

Unless you’ve got big bucks to splash on a feast, choosing what to eat would probably be the hardest decision you’ll ever make. We recommend taking a gander around the entire venue and reading up on the handy festival guide, before making up your mind. But rest assured that your favourites like Chef Moon Kyung Soo’s Mikuni, Chef Julien Royer’s JAAN (voted as ‘the one to watch’ on the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best List), celebrity chef Emmanuel Stroobant’s Saint Pierre and Blue Lotus, Chef Burno Menard’s La Cantine, and Bo Innovation, helmed by newly minted 3-Michelin star Chef Alvin Leung, are back to delight our palates once more.

Be sure to also check out exciting new culinary talents who’re gracing SAVOUR for the first time, like Chef Han Liguang of Labyrinth, &SONS’s Chef Riccardo Catarsi, and the king of British gourmet hotdogs, Chef James Knappett from Bubbledogs.

For the ultimate indulgence, pair your munchies with a flute or two (or more) of bubbly from Veuve Cliquot. If coffee is your poison, hit up Nespresso for their innovative coffee-based concoctions. Head over to Oxcart’s viewing gallery with your tipples in hand.

Save space for dessert ‘cause a host of artisan desserts are available at SAVOUR’s Arcade, like handmade ice cream cookie sandwiches from Ice Cream & Cookie Co, liqueur desserts from Tamborine Mountain, and rich handcrafted chocos from Molten Chocolatier.

A must at SAVOUR is a pit stop at the sprawling Gourmet Market (presented by Jasons The Gourmet Grocer). Besides laying your hands on some fresh, quality produce, you’ll get to catch celebrity chefs and guest presenters take centre stage at the Jasons Demo Kitchen!

If you haven’t gotten your tickets to this epicurean wonderland (though only tickets for Sunday are left), get on it. Fastest fingers first!
