#2 – Glenmorangie Whisky Infusion Dinner at The Pelican Seafood Bar
Available exclusively for the month of July, The Pelican teams up with Glenmorangie to offer an indulgent whisky infused menu. Savour a spread of intricately crafted dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and Glenmorangie whisky flavours like house-cured salmon pastrami salad with whisky dressing, Patagonian toothfish with quinoa fritters and tomato bacon jam, and possible the best dessert ever – donut with whisky sour ice cream. Combining age-old culinary methods and techniques with the best seasonal ingredients, Prego’s new ensemble of Italian delicacies will impress even the most discerning of gourmands. Try Chef de Cuisine Antonio Facchinetti’s new dishes like the seared lobster salad with truffle vinaigrette, saffron risotto with fennel and sautéed frog legs, and seared ocean trout, along with premium seasonal toppings like spicy salami, Sicilian anchovy essence, and dry fish roe.
