Here’s another reason why we’re loving the location of our new office: Aesop’s new signature store has just opened a stone’s throw away from us on Club Street. Not only do you get to shop their complete range of superlative formulations, the design-centric store is a much-welcomed tranquil retreat amidst the hubbub of the CBD.
One of our favourite skin care brands, Aesop came into being in 1987 in Melbourne. And we can tell you (from first-hand experience) that all their products are of supreme quality and proven efficacy.
Dressed in simple timber shelves and rattan (a popular material used in home décor and furnishings in the colonial days), Aesop Club Street is inspired by the neighbourhood’s architecture and old-world charm. The cool, calming space is also equipped with trained consultants who’ll advise you on what you really need.
Oh, and the folks at Aesop have also introduced a new literary venture: The Fabulist. Expect fiction and non-fiction works by writers cherry-picked by Aesop and a contemporary fable that pays tribute to the brand’s namesake in this online monthly publication.
