You may have noticed the gorgeous dining pavilion set up on the historic Read Bridge. That was where a bevy of media, celebrities, and socialites gathered for Clarke Quay’s inaugural pop-up dining event – A Midsummer Night’s Feast. We’re glad to share that Clarke Quay will be opening the event to public next year!
Before the dinner began, we indulged in some delicious canapés from Beer Market and Indocine. There were fringe activities like make up and selfie booths and acapella performances by Vocaluptuous which were thoroughly entertaining.
The highlight was the 10-course wine-pairing degustation menu, which showcased the signature dishes from ten of Clarke Quay’s top restaurants including Boss BarBQ, Fern & Kiwi, Fremantle Seafood Market, Kuro, Pint & Curries, Quayside Seafood, RAS, Shiraz, The Pumproom, and Tomo Izakaya.
Each course was also tastefully paired with fine wines, compliments of The Italian Wine List, and the night came to a decadent close with a divine dessert buffet from Bushells, Peony Jade and The Connoisseur Concerto.
We’ll be back next year!
