What did you think your major financial concerns were prior to meeting with Aon Hewitt?
Our ability (or inability) to save and changes to our personal situation. In Australia our employers were contributing towards our Superannuation funds and we wanted to continue saving for our retirement, but didn’t know what our options were.

That we really had no idea of our household income or expenses. We also didn’t look beyond the next year or two and the team at Aon helped us understand that with our future plans we had to create financial goals to help achieve them. That and Anna has no idea about budgeting!

A budget, which we are now sticking to, sort of, a savings and investment plan and regular pulse checks on our financial health with the Aon team to keep us on track or adapt our financial plan to meet our lifestyle and plans.
