What happens when a couple of Aussie lads Tim and Jason (affectionately known as Squid and Salmon) visit the TTO orphanage in Ho Chi Minh City in 2010? They put their heads together along with their little black books and start hosting annual fundraisers to support the orphanage.
We have had pleasure of attending these wildly fun giving events, and been blown away by the community spirit created on these nights. These boys have managed to raise approximately $20,000 each year and have set the orphanage up with a new bus, new classroom computers, and an all round better quality of facilities for the 45 kids they look after.

Their 2015 event on Saturday 21 November is anticipated to be bigger and better than ever.
With Original Sin as a key sponsor, they are closing off the street to hold this fundraiser event. There will be big raffle lucky door prizes, and shaving of Ned Kelly beards, heads chests and who knows what else.
The TTO event has completely morphed from a 5 course sit down somewhat classy evening with opera singers for entertainment, to what is shaping up to be an epic street party of fun people coming up with innovative ways to raise money. A bet is now building between hosts on the shaving of body parts – and the growing of hair on baldish men – anything to encourage some wildly generous donations and great entertainment on the night.
Usually there is a cover charge of $250 for tickets to this event, but this year the boys have decided to make it free for all previous attendees, and a $100 donation for new guests.
If you want to be part of this amazing night, and see the incredible generosity and community spirit alive and well, RSVP by emailing Tim (aka Squid) at timg1148@gmail.com or check out TTO Gives Back Facebook page – and we’ll see you there on the night.
This is one event you really don’t want to miss!
