#1 – Contemporary Thai at Soi 60 Thai Restaurant + Bar
Helmed by award‐winning Chef Martin Boetz (formerly of Sydney’s Longrain restaurant), Soi 60 brings a fresh taste of Thailand to the bustling foodie haven that is Robertson Quay. Dig into Chef Boetz’s contemporary creations like sashimi style salad with Thai salad, grass-fed sirloin steak salad, and a bowl of tantalizing Panaeng beef rib curry with peanuts and basil. Complete your meal with one of Soi 60’s refreshing Thai-inspired cocktails!

#2 – Chef Timothy Montgomery’s signatures at Osia
Renowned Aussie Chef Timothy Montgomery returns to Osia this July to craft another guest menu revolving around his philosophy of simplicity, freshness, and a deep respect for seasonal and regional produce. Available from 16 to 19 July, hurry to book your spot! Lunch starts at $50++ for three courses, while a three-course dinner is priced at $90++.

#3 – Celebrate Jamie’s Italian’s 1st Birthday
Jamie’s Italian is celebrating their birthday on 17th July, and everyone’s invited to get in on the fun. Simply walk up to the waiters, anytime between 14 and 20 July, and wish them happy birthday to get a $20 voucher for every $100 spent – sweet! During this period, you can order up the exclusive greatest hits plank, brimming with good ol’ favourites like grilled pork chop and sustainable fish in a bag, at $138 for 2 pax and $268 for 4 pax.

#4 – Oysters Galore at 10 at Claymore
Exclusively from now till 31 August, Pan Pacific’s 10 at Claymore will be jazzing up their dinner buffets with six types of freshly shucked oysters and grilled cuts of 1855 Black Angus beef.  Don’t miss out on fresh seafood like Boston lobster, Alaskan king crab, and queen roe scallops too! Dinner is priced at $62-$68 while Saturday brunch costs $72 per pax.

#5 – Resorts World Sentosa Durian Feast at The Coliseum, Hard Rock Hotel
Calling all durian lovers! If you simply adore the king of fruits, you’ll definitely want to check out Resorts World Sentosa’s highly-anticipated durian festival that’s happening on 13 July. Here’s where you’ll get to feast on an impressive array of durians, like D24, Hu Lor, and Mao Shan Wang, along with other local seasonal fruit like mangosteens, jackfruits and duku langsats.
