If home is where the heart is, our heart definitely belongs to Things We Love, ‘cause they’re bringing us a whole lot of lust-worthy home wares at their Ultimate Home Style Pop-Up next month at The Colonial (along Scotts Road)!
Judging by the virtual sell-outs at previous pop-ups, the style-savvy trio behind Things We Love – Tricia Morahan, Melinda Ross, and Emma Scarf – are poised to take over our home spaces by storm with their carefully curated selection of artwork, furniture pieces, rugs, cushions, trays, lamps. Think hand painted bowls from Minnesota, darling accessories from Canada, original artworks from renowned Sydney artist, Sophie Taggart, and more.
The best part has got to be how the Ultimate Home Style Pop-Up is organized. In catering to a range of interior colour palettes, they’ll be having sections devoted to ‘brights/neons’, ‘metallics’, and even ‘natural blue and whites’ for the classic coastal meets Hamptons style. And everything you see will be available for purchase (yes, even the porcelain pineapples); it’s like popping into a designer home and being able to take all out with you – awesome or what?
There’ll also be something for the fashionistas at the Ultimate Home Style Pop-Up – expect must-have frocks and accessories from the likes of Binny, Suboo and Mandalay.
Not that we need anymore incentive to get our shop on but here’s a bonus: munchies, caffeine, and bubbly. Jimmy Monkey will be onsite selling kickass coffee and delish cakes so you don’t have to buy your regular cuppa en route. Champagne will also be available for purchase on the opening night to toast your purchasing prowess.
