Table by Rang Mahal is ringing in the Holi festival of colours by celebrating the colour pink! A special three-course Holi menu, priced at $68++ per pax, will be available on Monday, 17 March. Dig into Chef’s amuse bouche of the day, carrot and tomato soup, your choice of main course, and homemade walnut brownie for dessert. Best part? A portion of your bill will be donated to the Singapore Breast Cancer Foundation.
If you’re a gourmand who fancies your rare single malts, here’s the chance to indulge in private whisky-paired dinners at World of Whiskies (WOW). While you savour your five-course set menu ($248 per pax), WOW’s dedicated whisky consultant, Christoph B. Nyfeler, will share with you and your guests about the art of food and spirit pairing and recommend whisky pairings to complement your meal.
Carousel brings the best of Turkish delicacies to their buffet this March (13-22 March)! In collaboration with the Turkish Cultural Centre, guest chefs Chef Ahmet Akpinar and Chef Cafer Kokcek will helm the Carousel kitchen and whip up a lavish spread of their signature dishes and desserts. Book yourself a spot for dinner (630-1030pm) at $68++ per pax on weekdays (Sun-Thu), and $78++ per pax on weekends (Fri-Sat).
Satisfy your sweet tooth this weekend with House at Dempsey’s new medley of desserts! You’ll be spoilt for choice with an ambrosial selection like orange blossom carrot cake (House’s take on the classic carrot cake), moist mango coconut passionfruit cake, and the zesty key lime pie topped with torched meringue. Beat the heat with the sticky date pudding served with caramel biscuit ice cream, or sink your spoon into the salted caramel toastie, which packs a crunch with caramelized walnuts, caramel biscuit ice cream, and lip-smacking salted caramel.
Weekends aren’t complete without indulging in some tipples right? Hit up Morton’s The Steakhouse for their ah-mazing happy hour. From 5-7pm (7 days a week!), you can get yourself a MORtini (we vote for the chocolate martini!) and free-flow filet mignon sarnies, at only $14.95. Fastest fingers first though, because the sandwiches get snapped up quickly.
