Celebrate the occasion at Gordon Ramsay’s resto, which is whipping out a new three-course Thanksgiving menu in Singapore for both lunch and dinner. Start off with Dutch yellowtail ceviche or white corn tart before you move on to the traditional turkey offering. This time, turkey roulade is served with brussels sprouts, Jerusalem artichoke puree and cranberry jus. Other mains include pan-seared grouper and sweet potato gnocchi. But leave some space for desserts! Think apple tarte tatin or pecan and walnut tart served with chocolate and pumpkin ice cream.

You’ll savour Caesar salad and butternut squash soup with cornbread before moving on to boneless turkey breast and USDA prime petite filet mignon served alongside roasted veggies, baked sweet potato and stuffing. To end, tuck into bites of apple strudel with ice cream. But if you prefer to host a party at home, opt for the turkey takeaway and collect your bird between 26 and 29 November.

Ready for the meat sweats? Meatsmith will make it worth your while with its Thanksgiving offerings in Singapore. Lunch is a smaller affair, while dinner features a free-flow spread of goodies. As the star of the meal, turkey gets the two-day brining treatment before it’s hickory-smoked for four hours. Of course, it’s served with all the trimmings! That includes cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce.
Once you’ve worked your way through that, continue the feast with biscuits, cornbread and roasted brussels sprouts with pastrami and crispy shallots. For sweets, dig into spoonfuls of pumpkin pie and sweet potato casserole with orange, cinnamon marshmallows and pecan.

The three-course line-up sees an appetiser of roasted pumpkin soup with duck confit, celery and pumpkin seeds. Or you can choose the kale and chicory salad instead. As for the headliner dish, the free-range bird is served in a combo of herb-roasted turkey breast and chipolata sausage stuffed leg. You’ll get all the usual suspects as well – cornbread, chestnut stuffing, brussels sprouts, black pepper cranberry sauce and gravy.
For dessert, it’s all about the pie. Select your fave flavour from a choice of pumpkin pie with maple bourbon ice cream, apple pie with vanilla ice cream or pecan pie with cookie dough ice cream.
