The new space, designed by architect Alan Barr, boss of Singapore-based design firm greyMatters, will feature a new 34-seat swanky bar, 36-seat dining area built around an open kitchen, fully-stocked wine room doubling as an intimate dining space, and a private room on the second floor with its own state-of-the-art R&D kitchen.
With numerous accolades under his belt, Chef-Owner Ryan Clift started out his career in London working with some of the world’s best chefs, before moving across the globe to Australia to hone his skill at Vue de Monde. Finally in 2008, he ventured to our shores and opened Tippling Club as part of his vision to take modern cuisine and cocktails to a new level.
Dining at Tippling Club is always a pleasure, with an ever-evolving menu packed with innovative and divine surprises. In true Tippling style, complete your feast with exquisite cocktails prepared by DIAGEO World Class award-winning bartender Zachary de Git or sip on Ryan Clift’s own Tippling Club label of wines and champagnes.
