Yes, you read that right. Award-winning bar 28HKS has launched its proper dinner menu that showcases full-on meals. Each menu is curated by an industry-leading chef from the US and this time ‘round, award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein gives us soulful Southern comfort food from Miami’s Sweet Liberty. This week, dig into steak frites or Southern-style BBQ ribs accompanied with smoked potato salad and baked beans. For a liquid companion, take your pick from Sweet Liberty’s faves such as Brown Derby, Beast of Bourbon and Ginger Highball, which all see a splash of Michter’s US*1 small batch bourbon.
