Part of its progressive Asian series, 1-V:U kicks off its fourth installment with a pop-up in Stellar at 1-Altitude. There are two menus, both of which revolve around different stages of fire: Ignite, growth, flash point and smother. Embers of the East will see chef Ace Tan spotlighting flavours from various prefectures in Japan. Come dusk, chef Ace will join hands with chef Lamely Chua for a tasty culinary collab. Meanwhile, the Playing with Fire menu features modern Asian dishes like gindara cod with lemongrass shoyu reduction, lamb rack served yakiniku-style and yuzu foie gras. Savour the full flavours with a sake pairing.

Fitness: A virtual run

Run for a good cause with Limitless, a non-profit organisation that’s dedicated to empowering the youth of our society. It’s only a 5km race, so you have no excuses! All funds raised will be given to its youth mental health programmes and every participant is entitled to two masterclasses led by mental health experts.

ArtScience Museum joins hands with National Geographic to bring us a photography exhibition that uncovers the origins of plastic and its environmental impact through mass production. Play: A whodunit mystery in Chinatown

Festival: Understand the lives of people with dementia

In its third run, The Enabling Festival is going virtual to reach out to more people and raise awareness about dementia. The theme this edition is “Do You See What I See?” and it spotlights caregivers of the dementia community. Take time to explore the various programmes, which include talks by healthcare professionals, movement classes, informational movies and personal stories from caregivers.
