Alley on 25 by Andaz Singapore does one incredible Lazy Breakfast and it’s the perfect excuse to drag yourself out of bed on weekends. At just $50++, the feast includes a sprawling breakfast buffet and one ala carte order. From 12pm – 2.30pm, relish brekkie classics like eggs Benedict, breakfast burger, smoked salmon bagel and quesadilla. Oriole Coffee + Bar: A brunch with a cuppa Joe

Trust Bjorn Shen – the wackiest chef we know – to whip up Middle Eastern-influenced dishes your taste buds won’t let you forget. The menu’s ever-changing, but to give you an idea of what to expect, items like crab and bacon toast, crispy lamb floss (twice-cooked lamb with runny hummus) and of course, a hearty serving of shakshuka have graced the menu. We’re going out on a limb to say that Common Man Coffee Roasters probably has the best coffee in town. But you’re not here just for that, are you? Get your brunch fix with the Common Man full breakfast starring eggs done your way, bacon, pork sausage, herbed tomato, vegetable rosti, mushroom and house-made chorizo baked beans. Or try the croissant croque monsieur for a carby meal. End it on a sweet note with the Common Man fluffy pancakes.

Tanjong Beach Club: An all-day beachside brunch

Sun, sand and a scrumptious brunch, this beach club has it all. It’s the perfect place to sit back and pretend you’re on a mini vacay. Their all-day restaurant by the beach will have you spoilt for choice with a menu of coastal-inspired dishes. Start off with brunch favourites like smashed avo toast, acai bowl and smoked salmon on toasted brioche. And what’s a beachside brunch without tropical tipples? Wash it all down with summer cocktails like the copabanana, a fruity banana and dark rum concoction or the Malayan mai tai, a secret blend with pandan and tropical flavours.

Kinki Restaurant: A Japanese bottomless brunch

Tucked away in a historic building that sits in front of Singapore’s beautiful Marina Bay waterfront, Kinki Restaurant is a contemporary Japanese dining spot that packs a punch with its modern take on Japanese dishes (think playfully decadent items like foie gras sushi and snow crab tofu). Our two favourite B-words come together in the halal-certified Working Title’s brunch menu. The Arab Street cafe’s got your traditional brunch offerings such as a loaded grilled cheese ciabatta with turkey ham, caramelized onions, garlic aioli and mozzarella and cheddar cheese or the Working Big Breakfast – a hefty platter of sunny-side up, beef bacon, house salad, tater tots, tomato, sourdough and beef sausage.

The Providore: cafe, deli, bakery and grocery, all rolled into one

You can always trust the Aussies when it comes to coffee and brunch. Our go-to cafe for a cuppa, Jones the Grocer is one of our all-time faves for brunch. This OG has been around for years, hitting it out of the park with amazing brunch options. No wonder we keep going back.

PS.Café needs no introduction, but that’s not stopping us from raving about their brunch! One of their signature brunch dishes is croque madame with shaved Ardenne smoked ham, gratineed Montreux gruyere cheese on rustic bread and topped with a fried egg. If you’re spending your morning at Ann Siang Hill outlet, make sure to try shared brunch dishes such as grilled cheese toasties, mushroom on toast and snapper chowder pie.

Virtually everything’s made from scratch here at SPRMRKT (short for supermarket). The weekend brunch menu consists of offerings like the housemade granola, eggs Benedict and buttermilk pancakes.
