1. How do I watch or join in the class?
These classes will begin streaming on Facebook Live at the stated timings on the schedule.
2. Where do I find the schedule for the online classes?
Schedules and updates will be regularly posted via our social media platforms – follow us and turn on notifications for posts and live videos so that you’ll never miss an update!
You may also RSVP through this link in to get reminders and alerts for all our Fitness at Home classes.
3. If I miss the session and/or am not able to make it for the time slot, will the video still be available?
Yes, it will be available in our Facebook feed – you may rewatch and replay the class at your convenience. To find it easily, click “Video” and go to the “Fitness at Home” playlist. Alternatively, it will be posted on IGTV shortly after and you will also be able to access the video at your convenience.
4. Why are some of my favourite Les Mills classes not being conducted?
Following several requests for Les Mills classes online, and taking all your feedback and wish lists into consideration, we’re proud to be the first fitness provider in the region to offer Les Mills programmes online to our members, outside of the paid Les Mills platform.
With this partnership, we have a fixed programme of Les Mills classes that we are able to stream online and this might not include some of the classes that have been requested for. We nevertheless hope that you will enjoy the Les Mills Programmes and Fitness First Signature Classes that we have managed to develop and share for you!
5. Will there be more variety and time slots?
We’re constantly exploring and adding more time slots and variety of classes and workouts for you. Stay tuned!
6. What are the other videos that you have been sharing? Are they also produced by Fitness First Singapore?
We have been, and we will continue to share schedules of online classes conducted by our sister brands across the region, inclusive of Celebrity Fitness, CHI Fitness, FIRE Fitness, Fitness First, Fivelements and GOFIT. You may access their classes and workouts via their respective Facebook pages at Fitness First Thailand, Celebrity Fitness Thailand, Fitness First Indonesia and Celebrity Fitness Indonesia.
