The Woman in Black

Halloween may be over but the spook fest doesn’t have to end just yet.  Buckle up and prepare to be scared outta your wits by The Woman in Black.

The critically acclaimed theatre production from London’s West End will finally make its long-awaited Singapore debut on 11 December. Equal parts spine-chilling and thrilling, we’re betting that this play will have everyone on the edge of their seats by intermission.

Inspired by the world of film noir, it tells the tale of a young solicitor who is summoned to attend a funeral at the sinister Eel Marsh House. The plot then thickens when he catches a glimpse of a mysterious woman in black. Who she is and what she is doing at the Eel Marsh House – no one knows (cue the creepy music). We’re quaking in our boots already!

Theater snobs, if you think that the local production will be a pale comparison to the primo West End version– think again. Robin Herford, the show’s original director will be helming the Singapore production by pulling double duty as both director and protagonist.

The Woman In Black runs from 11 to 15 December – a mere five days to catch this gripping drama, so book your tickets ASAP for a spook-tacular time!
