Noted for the robustly fired parrilla grill and signature grilling techniques, fans of au naturel gastronomy will get to indulge in a hearty set menu that emphasises the purity and flavours of premium seafood and roast meats.
Savour entrees including pan-seared scallops and blistered padron peppers, before diving into your choice of grilled salmon or slow-cooked venison tenderloin for the main. If you have an appetite for afters, the course ends with Christmas classics like sticky date pudding and mince pies, which are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and hit you with the festive feels.
