Check out the newest offering from SweetSpot at Marina Bay Sands; their Go Green’ mooncakes made from sustainable Javanese chocolates, and and filled with caramelised bananas and cashews in a delicate snow skin. Get your game face on for chocolate dessert feast as mezza9 showcases 9 chocolate-based desserts using well-known gourmet chocolate from Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Switzerland, and the USA. One set is $48++, suitable for sharing between 2-3 persons, or pair it a glass (@20++) or bottle ($75++) of Brachetto D’Acqui from Italy! Club at the Hyatt members get a 15% for the month of September.

Coq & Balls. has just launched a weekend brunch menu, full of hearty brunch items with a ballsy twist! Satiate an empty tummy with The Big Coq ($16), their signature breakfast with sourdough toast, herb sautéed mushrooms, bacon baked beans, chorizo, crispy bacon, grilled vine tomatoes, and their special scrambled eggs. For something lighter, try the Baked Granola with Yogurt & Wild Berries ($12) or a Chicken Mango Wrap/Salad ($14).

Join the Greenhouse at the Ritz as they introduce their new Autumn Vintage Champagne Brunch menu. This season, the star of the show will be the black truffle. One of their highlights include the ‘Truffle Hour’ where a presentation of black truffle will be hand-shaved over creamy polenta with pecorino cheese and porcini. There will also be 24-hour roasted ‘Mayura Station’ Wagyu Leg, roasted venison loin, and truffled quail, besides the brunch classics on offer.
