Sunshine pappardelle for the little ones
Tjin Lee (@tjinlee)’s little ones are the sunshine in her life. And they inspired Chef Ming Tan to whip up a Sunshine Pappardelle for them. And it’s perfect for parents who struggle to get their kids excited about a healthy meal. This creamy pasta dish features a carrot and leek cream with DIY kale chips on the side. We’d recommend making more of those fuss-free chips for a snack – all you need is kale, olive oil, some Parmigiano cheese, sea salt flakes and black pepper.
Naan in for the party
Claire (@clairejedrek) is a busy mum, and for special occasions like the baby shower for her second baby, she was looking for a favour-filled recipe that can be whipped up easily. If you’re on the hunt for a simple but savoury dish like her, the Naan Con Cubanos Fixin’ is for you. Here’s a little peek into the special sauce: It’s made by simmering barbecue sauce, cumin powder, water, and… orange juice!
