The poems navigate and attempt to reconcile the myriad ways in which language, imagination, and culture interact and assert themselves.

David Wong presents For the End Comes Reaching, a poignant meditation on death in three parts. Each poem in this collection is an elegy to something ended and lost, their landscapes and settings abstract. Collectively, they sing of the poet’s father and the life they shared together.
