Explore the heart of Singapore at the SG Heart Map Festival @ Float

Home is where the heart is, so come experience the many stories of our home in Singapore crowdsourced over the past year at Singapore’s first-ever giant heart map!
Inspired by the many endearing stories, seven lead artists across Singapore’s literary and visual arts scene stepped forward to partner Singaporeans to co-create works of art for the SG Heart Map throughout the year. These artworks and more will be brought together for the very first time as part of a composite map at the SG Heart Map finale event – the SG Heart Map Festival @ Float, weaving memorable past places, meaningful new places and aspirations for future places.
Immerse in the stories of Singaporeans at these places through various art forms such as film, literary, audio installations, sketches, illustrations, photographs and animations. Catch the debut of A Beautiful Day, a film by award-winning designer William Chan, which will present our Singapore from day to night through capturing the heartbeat at the 50 crowd-sourced SG Heart Map places; and the sequel of 50 First Kisses by renowned local film director Royston Tan. Also showcased for the first time is a giant, life-sized sketchbook of Singaporeans’ favourite hang-out spots, curated from the contributed works of some 400 Singaporeans.
Families and friends can also enjoy themed movie nights over the four days under the stars at the outdoor cinema, while indulging in local delights from the food street and taking in the spectacular light shows and 3D projection mappings against the beautiful city skyline.
