We would like to invite you to a very special Rémy Martin pairing dinner with us! Executive Chef Alex Phan & Rémy Cointreau’s On-Trade Manager, Richard Gillam will be creating a special 7-Course Cocktail Pairing menu based on the unique tastes and flavours of three limited edition Rémy Martin blends – Rémy Martin VSOP, Rémy Martin Club and Rémy Martin XO Excellence.
This culinary treat of unique flavours it the first Cognac-Gastro pairing presentation of its kind, and will explore the boundaries of these premium spirits.
