Pop-up dining experience curators, 4XFOUR, returns this year with Michelin star calibre that is bound to enthral avid diners. Held from 28th October to 20th November at 39 Harding Road, each of the 4 chefs will present their menu in a customised venue which will mirror the magic and enchantment of a “Mid-autumn’s Night Dream” setting.

This year 4XFOUR presents a line-up of exciting chefs that are breaking new grounds in the culinary world!

Our line-up includes
Week 1
Paco Morales (Ferrero by Paco Morales, 1 Michelin Star, Spain) who breaks all traditional boundaries with his distinct Arabic-Spanish cuisine.

Week 2
Claude Bosi (Hibiscus, 2 Michelin Stars, 5 AA Rosettes, UK) is noted for his passion for produce and bringing out the flavours of each ingredient through his modern cooking techniques.

Week 3
Davide Scabin (Combal.Zero, 2 Michelin Stars, 3 Gambero Rosso Forks, 40th on World’s 50 Best, Italy) best known as “The Magician” and has been at the forefront of reforming traditional Italian classics.

Week 4
Ollie Dabbous (Dabbous, 1 Michelin Star, UK), the master in the art of delicate cuisine, whose London restaurant maintains a one-year waitlist to get a seat.
