Oxwell & Co presents its take on the iconic Singapore Sling with their Sun Sling 50 – a refreshing concoction of Gin, Benedictine DOM, triple sec, pineapple reduction, lime and Angostura bitters with a dash of soda, topped with a cherry herring, pineapple and ginger foam and garnished with charred pineapple and Griottine cherries.
Available on tap, the Sun Sling 50 will be served during the month of August at priced at $10++.
