Black Truffle Dinner @ Bacchanalia
In case you haven’t heard, Bacchanalia’s moving out from their Coleman Street home and into their new HongKong Street space come mid-August. To celebrate the move in style, there’s a grand black truffle dinner you simply can’t miss.
Featuring black truffles from their favourite producer, Stone Barn in Western Australia, Bacchanalia’s serving up a special seven-course menu with highlights like their cauliflower gratin, scallop tartare, and a limited cod and truffle brandade.
