Hailing from Paris, Angelina certainly is legendary. The tearoom and patisserie in Singapore offers two of its most iconic items: the Le Mont-Blanc pastry, and the Old-Fashioned Hot Chocolate “L’Africain”. Apart from these main stars, there’s also chocolate ganache (pralines, too), macaroons, and even savoury stuff like truffle ravioli and onion soup.

Dazzling Cafe has already taken Taiwan by storm, and it looks like Singapore is next. Awashed with baby blue hues, the cosy yet whimsical dessert cafe serves up sugary, Instagram-worthy treats such as its signature Shibuya-style honey toast and mochi “QQ” Waffle – complete with scoops of Haagen Dazs ice cream. Take note: the spot draws crowds on the weekends, so be prepared to wait.

Bjorn Shen of Artichoke gets all wacky with his new venture, Neh Neh Pop (we’re totally digging the super cheeky name). An extension of his Middle Eastern restaurant, this ice cream shop offers popsicles in flavours like mango sticky rice and strawberry Pocky.

Helming the kitchen of this takeaway outlet is Cheryl Koh, Les Amis’ very own pastry chef.
