From the charcoal-fired grill are spectacular, hearty grub like grass fed flat iron steak garnished with garlic and thyme; rosemary lamb sausage with onion marmalade; and garlic butter Spencer Gulf sustainable leader prawns. There’s also an impressive salad spread to balance the meat-heavy meal. For those planning to head down on Friday and Saturday, you’re in luck: the buffet spread extends with a seafood bar as well as a wide array of grilled veg from the sizzling Mongolian grill on both days.
Treat yourself to a poached chicken salad and slow-roasted beef short ribs.
If buffets aren’t really your thing (really?), the dishes found on the buffet menu are also available à la carte. From Sun to Thur, dishes are platted and served fresh from the grill to the table, while on Fri and Sat, diners get to select food from the full buffet spread.
