Christmas may be our favourite time of the year, but Easter has a special place in our hearts. Though we’ve gotten older (sigh), we’re still putting on the bunny ears for the obligatory Instagram snap, stuffing our faces silly at Easter brunches, and gorging on candy. Well, some things don’t change…
As with most holidays, Easter is spent with the family, and that means there will be kids – your own rascals, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, your BFF’s babies. To keep them happy, occupied and distracted with things to do so that you can secretly stash away those treats for your own private enjoyment (we all need a little sweetness to get through rough days, don’t we?), take the whole family to CHIJMES on Easter Sunday.
In and among the gorgeous grassy surrounds of the recently renovated retreat in the city, The Party Elves are sprinkling their party magic for the CHIJMES Easter Celebrations Eason Sunday 5 April, from 10.30am-6pm. Look forward to lots of games, workshops and activities such as a traditional Egg Hunt (of course), bunny-hopping, egg decorating, carrot relay, and free prints from the photo booth. For us, we’re happy to kick back on the green, watching the little ones go wild with joy, and unwrapping those chocolate eggs.
