Let’s face it. Street food is the very heart of our heritage and what better way to celebrate it than with a five day jamboree? Sadly, this legacy is fast fading but not to worry- the World Street Food Congress is a celebration and symposium for street food from all over the world.
This year, the theme is Empower, Engage and Opportunities. Visitors can expect an array of networking activities, hawker recipes and chef demonstrations on top of experiencing an international street food culture.
