Homegrown brand Nookie is here to feed our undying love for frozen yogurt (thanks a lot, Llao Llao). For more clean eats, there’s the superfood café Project Acai in Holland Village. But if you want nothing to do with healthy living, maybe you want to pig out on American classics at The Rockin’ Dinner.
#1 – Get your Nookie on
Move over Llao Llao, there’s a new froyo store in town, and it’s (proudly) a homegrown brand. Nookie is all about the interesting flavours, so skip the boring original choices and order stuff like the red velvet parfait, mango sticky rice, and matcha black sesame crumble.

#2 – Hearty American-style grub at The Rockin’ Diner
In case you’re wondering where hot dog joint The Mustard Incident at TANG’s basement went, it’s now on Club Street and has been rebranded as a full-fledged restaurant know as The Rockin’ Diner. Expect hot dogs and more at this American-inspired dining spot, including items like a Philly cheesesteak, bacon fries, and a Nutella-misu – The Rockin’ Diner’s version of a tiramisu.

Project Acai
#3 – Superfoods reign supreme at Project Acai
Health freaks and clean eaters unite at Project Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee), Singapore’s first superfood-focused café. These guys put out acai bowls featuring the main star, Sambazon organic acai. What you get is a bowl of goodness with a frozen smoothie-like, berry-tasting base topped with a variety of fruits, cacao nibs, and granola. Aside from the acai bowls, there are smoothies on offer, but that’s about it – for now.
