One of Australia’s most well-known chefs Luke Mangan returns to his kitchen here at Salt Grill & Sky Bar to dazzle local diners on 24 March. In collaboration with his Singapore team, he will showcase a menu entirely of Modern Australian cuisine.

The stellar six course menu includes high quality produce, top-grade striploin from Rangers Valley, a premium marbled beef producer, Red Wine Poached Barramundi and Liquorice Bombe to end the meal on the most delectable note. Each course will be paired with the exquisite and ultra-premium Petaluma wine. Priced at $240++ nett per person (including matching wines), the one night only event of an incredible gourmet meal with spectacular views is not to be missed.
