Recognised as one of three annual cultural festivals at Esplanade, Huayi (now in its 13th year) returns to celebrate visual and performing arts showcases by Chinese artists. Highlights include Rice by Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan and What Is Sex? by renowned Hong Kong director, Edward Lam.
Also, look forward to musical performances by local and indie acts, including Olivia Ong, Ling Kai, and HUSH Band. There’s a good mix of ticketed and non-ticketed programmes to choose from so spend two whole weekends immersing yourself in Chinese culture.
