Bask in the sun and celebrate Australia Day weekend at Field Vibes: a fun, family-friendly afternoon-to-evening picnic session out on the open field space beside Cafe Melba.
Held on 24th January, this massive picnic session features live music, bouncy castle, children football and a mini weekend flea market. So bring along your picnic mat, grab some hot grub straight off the grill with a bucket of beer, and simply soak in the positive vibes.
The LES (Lower East Side) all stars will also be there to drop down sick beats, together with very special guest acts — soul brother Marvin Gold doing a “live” MPC performance and previewing tunes from his upcoming ep/album and duo Matt and Wan playing a “live” acoustic set.
The LES all stars are a talented bunch of international and eastside cats who run independent DJ nights on the Singapore nightlife circuit. Expect dub, reggae, dancehall, ska, rocksteady, tropical sounds, house, disco, funk edits, motown, soul, boogie, afro beats, rare grooves, hip hop, top 40s and Australia Day favourites!
