For chocoholics (that’s us!), check into The Knolls for a feast of the finest cocoa treats by Valrhona – the world-renowned French chocolate confectioner – while sipping tea from Gyphon Tea Company. The Chocolate and Tea Experience features an extravagant array of innovative pastries, tarts and cakes, all cleverly conceptualised by Capella’s super talented team of pastry chefs. Must-tries are the green tea chocolate cake made with Gryphon Jasmine tea pearls, black magic chocolate fudge featuring Tainori dark chocolate, and the Cognac Guanaja dark chocolate bunyols. The Chocolate and Tea Experience is available till 26 June 2015 every Friday from 4 to 7pm at $48++ per adult.
