Die-hard fans of Katniss and gang, we have some excellent news. Geek Crusade, a community dedicated to all things pop culture, is back with another pop-up dinner, and this time, it’s all about The Hunger Games.
Aptly titled Panem Forever, this dining event will be held at Bridge Café on 26 November 2014, and features a three-course meal inspired by the dystopian-fantasy film and its memorable characters.

You’ll start off with a soup that Katniss would approve of: a creamy pumpkin brew with toasted, shaved almonds. For your main course, choose between another of Katniss’s favourites, lamb stew with prunes, and Cinna’s dish of choice, chicken in creamy orange sauce. President Snow’s red dragonfruit soup with raspberry drops and sour cream will end the dinner on a sweet note.
Panem Forever is part of Geek Crusade’s ‘Dinner is Coming’ series of pop culture-themed meals. The first event, Welcome to King’s Landing, took place earlier this year and followed a Game of Thrones theme.
There are only 50 seats available so move fast to book your slots. Tip: dress the part or risk feeling left out. Let the Hunger Games begin!
